How do I replace my Sonix screen protector?

Do your sunnies have UVB/UVA protection? 

Yes, they do!

How do I install and remove a Sonix phone case?
Step 1: Insert top of phone into the case. 
Step 2: Insert the rest of the phone into the case making sure that the buttons and port holes are aligned. 
Step 3: To remove, push phone out through camera hole.

Do you manufacture cases for other brands?
Yes we do! Reach out to support@shopsonix.com for more info.

How can I remove stains from the rubber sides of my case?
The rubber sides may become discolored when exposed to heat, dirt, or dyes. You may try cleaning it with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth after removing it from the phone.

Do you guys make custom cases/designs? 
We do not make custom cases at this time.

The side buttons on my case fell/got lost etc. Are they replaceable?
The side/volume buttons are fully replaceable. You put the buttons by pushing in the smaller side of the button into the hole where your lock button is located. The button should then be secure and stay in place

Shipping

How much is shipping in the U.S.?
We provide free standard shipping on all US orders over $35. Expedited shipping is available.

Do you ship internationally and how much does that cost?
Yes we do! Check out our list of countries we ship to here. Shipping is FREE to Canada on orders $50 and up. Shipping is FREE to the rest of the world (where Sonix ships) on orders $60 and up. International orders will also be subject to duties and taxes payable to their country’s customs office. Shipping fee does not include duties and taxes. 

How long does it take to ship after I place my order?
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after an order is placed (excluding holidays). Our warehouses are closed on weekends. After your order is placed, please allow 5-10 business days to receive your order within the United States. For International orders, please allow 7-21 business days.

How can I track my package?  Tracking information is sent to your email. Please make sure to check tracking information on your order daily with the tracking number that was provided. Please note, due to COVID-19, there are delays in shipping that we cannot control and some carriers tracking info may not be updated as frequently.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered? 
Orders shipped through standard free shipping can take 7-10 business days to be delivered. Orders shipped through expedited shipping can vary depending on the type of service you select during checkout. Orders shipped through standard international free shipping can take 7-21 business days (not including customs delays). Orders shipped through international expedited shipping can take 5-10 business days (not including customs delays).

I placed an order. When will I receive an email confirmation?
As soon as your order is placed, you should receive an email confirmation. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, contact us at support@shopsonix.com. 

I placed an order. How long does it take to process my order?
Once you place your order, please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

Where can I find tracking info for my order? 

Tracking information is sent along with your email confirmation. Please make sure to check tracking information on your order daily with the tracking number that was provided. Please note UPS/FedEx tracking updates can take 24-48 hours to become available. If you could not locate an email confirmation in your inbox or spam folder, an email address was probably not entered when placing the order. Please contact support@shopsonix.com for tracking information.

Issue with your order?
Please contact customer service within 2-3 days for any issues after your order is delivered. For any orders 21 business days past delivery date, the order will be reshipped at the expense of the customer ($5).

How can I cancel or make a change to an order? 
Please contact support@shopsonix.com immediately if you wish to cancel or request any changes to your order. However, we will not be able to cancel or adjust any orders once they’ve been shipped. Please note: our customer service hours are from 7am PST to 4pm PST, Monday - Friday.

Do you offer any type of warranty?

What is your return policy for your products?

Can I return sale items?
No - sale items are final sale. No exchange or returns will be honored.

I received my order and ordered the wrong product, what steps do I have to take to exchange for the correct size/design?
Use our Return Center. 

Does the warranty only cover to replace the case for the same design or can I choose a different design? 
Our warranty covers replacements for the same design only. However if we no longer have the same design in stock, our team can exchange for a different design of equal value. 

What type of damage does the warranty cover for phone cases? The warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and does not cover damage caused from handling the product outside of normal use. Some cases (eg. leather, patent, Swarovski) are hand made and will require more care due to the nature of their materials. Although our cases are drop test certified to protect your phone, damages incurred to your case from impacts and scratches will not be covered under warranty. You can read more about our warranty information here.

My phone broke with the case on, will you cover repair fees under warranty? 
Unfortunately, our warranty only covers our products. More info on our return policies can be found here. 

Do I need a copy of the receipt in order to process my claim?
Yes, we require a copy of the receipt or similar proof of purchase.

How long does it take to receive my money back on my credit card? Will I be notified?
Once our team completes your refund, you will receive a credit memo. This email is to notify you that our team completed the refund. Please note the funds can take 3-5 business days to become available in your account.

If I purchased this “product" from another retailer (not shopsonix.com or our Amazon store) am I still eligible to receive a replacement under warranty?
Our products are covered under warranty as long as you have proof of purchase.  Please note we only process warranty claims for items purchased from Authorized Retailers at full price.

How long does it take to process a warranty claim?
Warranty claims are processed in 1-2 business days.

I cannot place an order on the site, is there an alternative way to place my order?
If you are having trouble placing an order through a desktop or mobile device, please email support@shopsonix.com. Unfortunately we do not take orders over the phone.

What forms of payment do you accept?

From time to time Sonix may run promotions on Instagram and/or Facebook. Each individual promotion will be announced via an Instagram post, the Sonix page on Facebook and/or other call-to-action (each, a “Promotion Posting”) and will be subject to these Official Rules and Regulations, unless otherwise specified. A Promotion Posting will include how to enter, the entry deadline and the prize(s). All information contained in a Promotion Posting is incorporated herein by reference.

Eligibility: Open Only to Legal Residents of the fifty (50) United States and The District Of Columbia and Puerto Rico, 18 years of age or older (unless otherwise specified in the promotion posting). Void where prohibited by law. Employees (and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of Sonix (“Sponsor”), its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating tothis promotion. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

To enter: Follow the directions provided in the Promotion Posting to enter the applicable promotion. All entries must be received by the date and time indicated in the Promotion Posting to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person/Instagram account per entry period for an applicable promotion. Drawing: Potential winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing held on or about the week following the end of the entry period for the applicable promotion from all eligible entries received. Potential winner(s) will be notified via direct message with instructions on how to claim the prize. Potential winner(s) must respond to prize notification within the time period indicated. Potential winner(s) may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. The ReSonix Program was created to encourage the reduction of waste, while giving our loyal customers an incentive to donate pre-loved cases for a second life.

HOW IT WORKS:
1.) Donate your pre-loved case (in good, usable condition) to a local Goodwill, Salvation Army or any charitable non-profit organization.
2.) Take a photo of the case and the receipt for the donation and send it to support@shopsonix.com.
3.) Our support team will send you a one-time use discount code for 30% off your next case purchase.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Each donation receipt will receive ONE promo code for a ONE time case purchase per customer
  • Two donation receipts will be accepted throughout the year. A new code will be generated every 6 months starting 1/27/20.
  • Code applies to one phone case only. However, other items may be in the cart to qualify for free shipping.
